Sample the finer things in life with a stag do in Italy's north with an epic stag party in Milan.

While Milan is known for being the global capital of fashion and design as well as being home to the national stock exchange, Milan will give you more than just jaw-dropping fashion for a stag do.

This city is also known for its high-end restaurants, clubs and every-changing and electric party atmosphere, perfect for a group of lads on a stag do.

Dubbed as Italy’s city of the future, Milan is a fast-paced metropolis where creativity is big business, looking good is compulsory and after-work drinks and partying are an art form!

From daytime activities, such as wine tasting, dining in a top restaurant, paintballing or golf, to evening activities, such as nightclubbing, beers tours, evening meals or hitting the strip club, Milan will provide for your stag do.

As we've mentioned, Milan is seen as being one of the capitals of fashion. But, that's not all this vibrant city offers up for a stag do.

The Italian hot spot is beaming with some great stag party activities, as well as hundreds and hundreds of lounge bars, bars, cafes, wine bars, cellars, clubs, live music bars and plenty more. Basically, whether it's day or night, there will be plenty to keep you busy and 'hydrated' during a stag do in Milan.

And, because Milan is relatively new to the stag party line up, Maximise has a few suggestions to make sure it's as good as any stag weekend out there.

First up, getting from one of the airport to your stag party accommodation. Sure you could mess about with public transport or cram into a taxi or two. But, we find that to be a waste of time and money and we'd rather get the party started from the moment we land with the Limobus Transfers or Hummer Transfers.

Once you've settled into your stag party accommodation, enjoy some fast-paced action with Indoor Karting. It's a classic and always a crowd-pleaser, but also the country is home to Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati and some other top car brands, so we are pretty sure the Italians know a thing or two about fast vehicles and racing.

Enjoy some afternoon drinks with the Beer Tasting & Street Food activity. You'll hit the streets and discover some of the most beautiful areas of Milan during the 2.5-hour guided tour where you'll enjoy a tasting 4 Italian beers and some typical Italian specialities, 'Street Food'.

Then get ready for one hell of a night!

Start with a Traditional Dinner, Italian cuisine is one of the best you can get, everyone loves pizza, pasta and tender meat in some delicious sauce, so you know it will be a hit with the lads. More importantly, it's a good way to get the stomachs lined and prepared for what's ahead.

Don't try and sort your nightlife out on the spot, plan ahead and guarantee you'll have a great night with a Guided Bar Crawl & Club Combo.

Day two might be a little hard to handle after such a big night, so do some damage control with a big Buffet Brunch before getting trigger happy with Paintball.

Then it's time for a little relaxing as you glide along the water, watch the sunset and enjoy some fresh air with the Canal Cruise during the Milan Stag Do.

Then it's time to see some of Milan's best 'sights' with the Strip Club & Private Show activity before going all out with the VIP Club, Tables & Bottles Combo.

Just like other major cities and out top stag party destinations, Milan is a city that has an extensive and impressive nightlife scene that can be found in different parts of the city.

As we've mentioned once or twice already Milan is famous for being Italy’s capital of fashion, finance and commerce. In nightlife terms,  Milan is a stylish, modern and vibrant city that never stops.

The two main areas that will be competing for your attention are around the Brera gallery and the Navigli area. And, during the summer months, people flock to the little bars set on barges that line the area’s canals.

In a Milanese club, the average price of a drink is €7, of course, there are always great deals to be found and with the help of one of our English speaking guides on a bar crawl, you'll be sure to steer well clear of any overpriced establishments or tourist traps.

A number of the clubs have introduced a pay-as-you-leave-system, which is why you'll generally receive a ticket at the door. You can use this for the cloakroom as well as to by your food and drinks - just don't lose it!

While clubs generally open around 11, people don't really head there before 12 and the stay open until about 4 or 5 am.

Another thing to remember, or at least to think about, is how to dress. By no means is Milan casual, especially when it comes to the dress code. This is a chance to dress your best especially if you want to head to the Corso Como part of the city because this is where the city’s models and fashionistas hang out. If you don't look you're best or are in something designer, you probably won't be getting in.
