While there’s no single clubbing district, when the sun sets in Barcelona, the options for partygoers are endless. And being a relatively compact city, you're only ever a quick walk or short ride away from the next bar or club.
A natural starting point is Las Ramblas. Barcelona’s heaving centre is where you’ll find loads of restaurants and bars packed-out with other partygoers kicking-off their evening.
From Las Ramblas, crowds migrate towards Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter. Based around Royal Square with plenty of tourist favourite’s dotted about as well as stylish pubs tucked away in corners, it’s well worth a wander on your stag do.
For sophistication, El Born is a great option for your stag party. Head to the heart of it in Passeig del Born and then trawl the streets finding the weird and wonderful. Or for Barcelona’s hipster haven, Raval is the bohemian and edgier side of the city as well as being home to some seriously legendary clubs.
Last stop on Barcelona bar crawl will likely be Port Olympic, home to Barcelona’s biggest and most famous clubs and bars like the Ice Bar, Pacha, Catwalk and Opium. It’s absolutely incredible in the summer months and if you want to see the sunrise as you stumble out of the club, Port Olympic will be the best place to see it.
If you want to take full advantage of the city’s walkable size and diverse array of places to drink and dance, we’d recommend a guided bar crawl. After all, the bars don’t get busy until around midnight and stay open until dawn, so what better way to discover Barcelona's nightlife.
