If you are a history buff, like architecture or just enjoy a spot of sightseeing, you'll certainly enjoy Cologne for your stag do.
Cologne is one of the oldest cities in Germany and it's main attraction, the Cologne Cathedral, took an impressive 640 years to build from 1248 to 1888.
The Cathedral of Cologne is also the final resting place of the Three Kings, also known as the Three Wise Men.
Along with its impressive cathedral and architecture, Cologne is also dubbed Germany's Museum Capital. More than twenty museums are sprawled throughout the city including the famed Ludwig Museum, the Museum of Chocolate and the Farina Fragrance Museum, which is the world’s oldest fragrance factory and the birthplace of the original Eau de Cologne.
But, if you are not into all that history or sightseeing, you'll be happy to know one of Cologne's most modern claims to fame is for being the home of Kölsch Beer. Something, which we expect you to drink plenty of during your stag do.
