A few years ago, Liverpool was voted the UK’s best city for nightlife, and we can comfortably tell you its status hasn’t changed. If you want a memorable stag do, Liverpool has everything you could want and more.

There are plenty of bars, clubs, and restaurants as well as many world-renowned live music venues—fitting for the home of the Beatles. The lads will be well up for the daytime activities too. Get competitive in the infamous Mersey Games or try your hand at Combat Archery.

Even the fussiest groom will find a few things to their liking on stag do in Liverpool. With two top teams calling the city home, the city has something of a football focus, and Maximise can help you make the most of it.

If you want a warm-up, Bubble Football might be the thing for you. Not your average game of five-a-side, every player is encased in an inflatable bubble, letting you dive and slide safely as you try to score. But for the authentic Liverpool football experience, why not book a Tour Of Anfield Stadium? Explore the changing rooms and press box, walk through the grounds’ hallowed tunnel and run around the legendary pitch.

A stag do in Liverpool isn’t just about the beautiful game, and there are plenty of other ways you can get your adrenaline pumping before a big night out. Explore the local wilderness with a Gorge Walking trip or ride across the city’s most rugged terrain on a Quad Bike.

Liverpool's relatively small city centre and huge range of drinking establishments makes it the ideal place for a bar crawl. There’s somewhere to discover on every corner, so you and the lads are guaranteed to find a place you love. This city is also one for variety, boasting everything from laid back bars and waterfront venues to warehouse clubs and traditional pubs.

The best places to go drinking on your Liverpool stag do are concentrated into a couple of different areas. Concert Square is Liverpool's main nightlife hub. A constant hive of activity, bars, and clubs spill onto the central courtyard. This area has a seven-day-a-week party philosophy, and boasts some of the biggest clubs in the city.

A former warehouse district, The Baltic Triangle has since been converted into an area of massive clubs and bars. A raver’s haven, this is where you go big or go...well, bigger. Other hot spots and areas to check out include Seel Street, Ropewalks, Matthew Street, Hardman Street, and Docklands.

Maximise can help you make the most of the Liverpool nightlife, offering Nightclub Entry to the city’s best clubs, and a Guided Bar Crawl with Beer Maid Beauties to make sure you and the lads will never walk alone.

The UK’s capital of pop, Liverpool is home to so many famous musicians. The Beatles debuted in the world famous Cavern Club, and while we can’t promise an appearance by the Fab Four, we can get you tickets to the very same vene.

It’s known for the music and the football but food in Liverpool has long been overlooked. There are plenty of lovely restaurants, with a large number of them on Albert Dock—and some are great for a stag do. The Smugglers Cove is just one of the fantastic themed restaurants you can dine at during your Liverpool stag do. They have a huge range of drinks, making it the ideal way to line your stomachs ahead of a top night out.

Public transport in Liverpool is super easy and affordable. Operated by Merseytravel, there are plenty of buses, ferries and trains to get you from A to B. There are 70 train lines and both Liverpool One and Queen Square, the two bus terminals in the city centre, have excellent transport links throughout the city.
